Jordan has been a part of BGCCC since the age seven. As a young child she participated in programs that she will tell you made a significant impact on her life. Her favorite program was Torch Club because it gave her the opportunity to lead, express herself and create meaningful projects that provided services to others. She also loved her SMART Girls program because it taught her how to stand tall and refrain from the negative behaviors that can affect young people’s lives. She could always be found in the Education Center, making sure her homework was completed and she was ready for the next school day. Today, Jordan is a Graduate of Midwestern State, Majoring in Nursing with a 3.3 GPA. She is a proud BGCCC Alumni and continues to support and visit her club often. Jordan says “My Boys & Girls Club growing up was a second home for me. A place where I was safe and felt valued & loved. Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County is a huge part of who I am today”. BGCCC Staff is proud of Jordan and her accomplishments and we know that she will be a successful, hardworking and proud member of the community.
