Players from the Dallas Cowboys came by and ran a Play 60 Fitness Challenge with our Frisco Branch members. They learned about how staying active and healthy. Different stations were set out throughout the field from kicking a football, races, to running hurdles and tackling a cushion dummy. Cowboys Mascot, Rowdy also came by to greet the kids.
